About Heidi.

Heidi is said to be one of the UK’s top singers and songwriters of our time. She has a large collection of material having worked with 5 different producers over the past 5 years.

In December 2006, Heidi released a Christmas song to raise money for childrens cancer charities. Heidi appeared in local newspapers to promote this. She was then contacted by a project called Famecast, where Heidi came 1st through the first four rounds of the competition.

Now Heidi is being booked for gigs all around the UK and abroad.

Heidi says "Everybody had to audition for the school play and I so wanted to sing. Having had pneumonia twice as a baby, having a nebulizer to breathe four times a day and constant asthma pumps, my voice had become a little deep and husky. I also had bad asthma and so I caught a chest infection and missed the auditions. I was very upset....so I wrote my own musical at home at the age of what? 8 or 9 probably! I had a book of all the songs I’d written and I’d made rows of dots to remind me how the tunes went. It was then that I realised my life was never going to be the same again! I kept writing and writing and writing...until one day, I found a voice recorder in my dads cupboard. "I’ll have that" I remember saying to myself...I still have it! I’ve sung non stop since and have almost fully recovered from my asthma. Once I start something, I don’t give up until I’m a success. I had no looks as a child, I was always picked on at school and at first I figured with no looks and not much voice left, I’ll never get anywhere. Never let that stop you...you can be who you want to be, it’s your life and NO ONE can take that from you. So I didn’t let it stop me....good job I didn’t. I’ve gone onto write many many tracks and hope that I have touched peoples lives through them."

Heidi spent a lot of 2007 writing songs for the girl group Touch2wild. She has written the majority of their songs including Up Against Me, Wicked Way, Everytime and Touch2wild. Heidi is still writing for the band at present and hopes to give them two new tracks in the near future with all production by Essex producer Fred Deer. Fred also produced Heidis song Everything and Mr Perfect.

New doors keep opening for Heidi as she spends day in and day out on her music. Heidi commented; "I do have a very, VERY hectic life. I am so sure that this is what I need to do more than ever before. Nothing will get in my path and that’s the way it’s going to stay. I love my fans sooooooo much. They are so supportive and kind. I love you all! I’m not in for an easy ride ahead...really quite the opposite, but you guys make the bumps in this road a breeze.
